Can I just pay the amount on the warrant and not go to jail?
You can pay the full amount on the warrant or have someone pay the full amount. You will need to go to the City of Greenville's Warrant Division in the Law Enforcement Center at 4 McGee Street, Greenville, SC 29601 and have the warrant served. With your paid receipt, you are eligible to be "fast-booked" (fingerprinted and processed) and released versus being jailed.
