Consultant Selected; Comp Plan Process Underway

On Monday, the City of Greenville announced that czb, LLC, a Virginia-based urban planning and community development firm, will lead GVL2040, the City’s comprehensive planning process, over the next 20 months.

In preparation for their first meeting with the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee, the consultant team from czb developed the attached preliminary report to help guide the committee’s initial discussions.
