Council Updated on Project

Consultants from czb and City planning staff provided a project update at City Council’s annual retreat on February 9. The project team discussed plans to make the new code specific and consolidated and shared that it will include incentives to encourage the development of affordable housing, open space and transportation while encouraging good urban design.
