The Village of West Greenville Micro-Area Plan

Since February, the City of Greenville has worked to unlock the Village’s potential as a welcoming, diverse, vibrant and artistic community. With GVL2040 in mind, the City of Greenville and Wernick & Co. focused on four guiding principles in creating this plan:

• Maintaining the Village’s authentic character 
• Reinforcing its unique identity
• Facilitating a mix of uses and services
• Planning for inclusive growth

The draft plan is available online for public review, and will be presented to the Planning Commission in November.
