The Rules and Regulations of Municipal Cemeteries in the City of Greenville apply to both Richland and Springwood Cemeteries.
The City of Greenville does not maintain deeds or records related to plot ownership in the cemeteries. All ownership information is held by the Greenville County Register of Deeds. All deeds are recorded with the Register of Deeds and the ROD Office can provide copies to family members if needed.
