Fitness Boot Camp
Session begins March 8, 2019 back to McPherson Park (outdoor)
Get in shape "boot camp" style! In each class participants will perform exercises individually and as teams, focusing on muscular strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance. The emphasis is on both physical and mental improvement and each week builds upon the previous classes. The program is designed for all levels of fitness with workouts including body weight, cardiovascular endurance and core strength exercises. The classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30AM - 6:30AM. Meet at McPherson Park, 100 E. Park Ave. Greenville, SC 29601.

Strong Mamas Fitness
A unique workout group that is geared toward women including moms who want to stay fit and connect with other women. This class allows participants to engage with their kids by teaching them how much fun it is to exercise and stay healthy. This workout group is also accompanied by play dates, themed classes, and moms' nights out.
Class Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes
9:30-10:30 a.m.
